Established in London in the 1930’s, GIB Precision as it was originally known, is justifiably proud of its roots. Evolving aspirations and goals saw the company change name to Autogard, and move from manufacturing aircraft componentry through to advanced torque limiters, couplings and torque sensors.

Torque Limiters continue to be the backbone of our company. With our recent development of new and innovative products, Autogard has reinforced its position as market leader of Torque Limiters.

The Autoflex and Samiflex power transmission couplings are examples of the state of the art designs. This diverse product range allows us to offer advanced solutions for coupling anything from Servomotors through to Turbo-Compressors used in the API markets.

Monitorq, our latest innovation, is a sensor designed to measure the precise torque within a drive train. The data, which is transmitted via telemetry to a receiver, provides critical information needed for condition monitoring, process control and overload protection.
